I liked great cooked and hot breakfast, decent views.

The stuff was very polite and catered to my every need. Booked apartment, that included climate control and coffee. Bathtub in the clean bathroom was super awesome.

my stay at the hotel was convenient to all Melbourne has to offer....friendly and helpful staff....no hassles booking in and out....would recommend to others...

would have like to see the furnishings in the room updated ie: upholstery. and maybe a little more thorough cleaning....also an information centre ie; pamphlets etc....

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I wasn't happy with my room and they tried to find me another one. They were nearly fully booked and only 4 other rooms available. The location at the end of the Spencer St station was very convenient for public transport, and the airport shuttle.The tea and coffee making facilities were well stocked as was the bathroom products.

the three rooms I looked at were small and either felt like they were in the basement (dark)or the roof. The bathroom was good but had mouldy grout. I liked the window seat in the room but the entry was awkward. The airconditioning unit was ancient and oversized with a huge remote hanging with duct tape off a cord. Internet was too expensive at $35.00 per day. I didn't feel that the photos on the net were an accurate representation of the rooms I was offered. Unfortunately no upgrade available.

the proximity to crown casino complex and quite a few other attractions

Arriving to find they had no parking and the bed was terrible and lumpy! Also not a nice bathroom and there was a sticky stain left behind on the coffee table
